The ICT School Support Officer Role contributes to the overall mission of CEM by supporting and maintaining the ICT needs of Medowie Christian School - a leading independent school serving the Port Stephens community.
The role will be based on-campus at Medowie Christian School, providing onsite support to the students and staff, reporting directly to the Group ICT Manager.
This full-time role will commence as soon as possible.
A typical week in this role would include:
Providing general support to end-users and solving their computing problems in a timely manner or effectively triaging their issuesSupporting software and applications, telecommunications and data services for the schoolAssisting in maintaining CEM's ICT infrastructure, equipment and facilitiesManagement of user accounts within the various online learning platformsProviding ICT support to the Group ICT Manager across the CEM Group Requirements
