CASPHONE - ICT Sales RepresentativeAbout the company: Casphone completes over 40,000 IT repairs annually in 28 IT shops located in the Majors Shopping Centres across Queensland and now in New South Wales.
To maximize growth and mitigate risk, we are now looking for a motivated ICT Sales Representative to join our innovative and driven team.Permanent full-time position38 hours per week$73,150 per year + SuperannuationWe are looking for a passionate ICT Sales Representative to be based in Townsville managing client accounts and representing Casphone in selling a range of computer hardware, software and other ICT goods and services to industrial, business, professional and other organisations.The ICT Sales Representative will report to the Company Director and will be responsible for developing and converting sales opportunities into sales of computer hardware, software and ICT services.
Your main tasks will include:Compiling lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sourcesAcquiring and updating knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditionsVisiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunitiesAssessing customers' needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needsPromoting employers' ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clientsQuoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording ordersArranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of servicesReporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and servicesFollowing up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications, and resolving any problems arisingPreparing sales reports, and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurredThe position is full time, with hours to be worked between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.Successful applicants must have:2 years of relevant experience in the area or similar areaPassion to deliver a positive experience with a positive attitudeProactive, growth-oriented work ethicHigh level of accountability & professionalismStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor Degree in BusinessJob Type: Full-timePay: $73,150.00 – $75,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (Preferred)Sales: 2 years (Preferred)Licence/Certification:Driver Licence (Preferred)Work Authorisation:Australia (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
