Ict Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Create and review technical documentation, including manuals and reports.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to desktops, software, hardware, and security systems.

Conduct functionality testing to identify errors in systems and code.

Schedule and perform quality audits, reviewing systems and documentation.

Communicate with users and management to promote compliance with quality standards.

Develop and manage quality assurance processes for computer systems.

Conduct system audits for compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Assist in diagnosing and resolving system issues.

Provide technical guidance and training on software and procedures.

Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions for non-compliance.

Review systems architecture and recommend hardware and software strategies.

Must have

bachelor's degree and relevant experience is required in the field of IT for at least 1-2 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
