EL1 Position: Key Duties
Manage, lead, and deliver projects that may have an agency wide impact.
Develop, implement, and evaluate project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency's project management framework and consider project interdependencies.
Collaborate with staff in the immediate work area and with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee project design, governance arrangements and operational integration.
Skills:
Experience and knowledge in delivering Infrastructure projects.
An ability to work under pressure against short timescales.
Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
EL2 Position: Key Duties

Ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget.
Lead strategic planning for longer-term project initiatives.
Lead and manage staff and oversee the management of performance, attendance and health and wellbeing.
Develop staff capability through coaching and succession planning.
Provide high level strategic advice and feedback to stakeholders and the agency's executive.
Skills:
Must have 3-5 years of experience in managing critical ICT Infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders involved from Infrastructure and Business aspects.
Must have experience in working with large organisations (preferably in government departments).
An ability to work under pressure against short timescales.
Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
