Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced 'ICT Program and Project Manager'.
Key Criteria
Develop
and manage the overall program plan, including defining program objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate
and oversee multiple projects within the program to ensure they align with strategic goals and deliver expected benefits.
Monitor
program performance and ensure projects are integrated effectively to achieve program outcomes.
Act
as the primary point of contact for program and project stakeholders.
Manage
stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, issues, and changes.
Facilitate
regular program and project meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Ensure
that all projects and programs meet quality standards and deliverables are achieved as specified.
