The ICT PMO Director will have primary authority and accountability for the ICT Project Management Office (PMO) and in shaping and delivering the future ICT strategy, platforms, systems, and architectural evolution within and across the organisation. Under your enterprise leadership you and your program team will provide a centre of excellence program and project delivery methodologies, processes, and tools to enable enterprise-wide best practice approaches in areas such as governance, resourcing, risk management and planning.As the ICT PMO Director, you will be a highly regarded transformational, inspiring leader committed to driving innovation and enhancing IT/Digital Technology capability across City of Darwin. You will be expected to work in partnership with the General Manager and Senior Leadership team, broader community, and industry providers to help realise the organisation's strategic direction for City of Darwin to be a smart and prosperous city and build a reputation of Darwin as the internationally recognised capital of Northern Australia.We are looking for an authentic people-centred, customer focused and inspiring individual to join our Senior Leadership team. To be successful for this role you will be highly regarded as a strategic and operational leader with significant IT / Digital Technology experience coupled with extensive experience in senior management roles, developing strategy and managing diverse functions and resources within a complex environment. You will also be politically astute, responsive, and innovative with the ability to drive positive organisational change. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead by example, demonstrating the Principles of Enterprise Leadership as outlined in the Position Description suite of documents.We offer a competitive remuneration package for the right candidate with a base salary ranging from $170,000 to $250,000 plus superannuation.
