ICT Operations Manager Large multi-campus Christian school Ongoing full-time position Chairo Christian School is a non-denominational Christian school with 1,800 Kinder to Year 12 students attending five picturesque campuses in West and South Gippsland, the Latrobe Valley and the south-eastern outskirts of Melbourne.

We are seeking to appoint an ICT Operations Manager to join our Information Communication Technology team.
The successful delivery of ICT is of high priority at Chairo and the ICT Operations Manager will be expected to provide excellent customer service to both staff members and students while managing the day-to-day operations of the ICT Services team.
Key Responsibilities:Managing the ICT Services team to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective support servicesManaging the ICT Services team ticket systemAssisting the Head of ICT with the delivery of professional development to staff membersActing as the senior escalation point for technical and process-related issuesCoordinating the procurement of assets, systems and servicesQualifications:Demonstrated commitment to the school's Statement of FaithAbility to work as part of a teamExperience in an ICT support, engineering or system administration roleExcellent time management and interpersonal skillsAbility to relate to students and staff members in a caring, friendly and helpful mannerWillingness to work out of regular hours on an occasional basisThe safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all our students is a high priority.
