In doing this, we aim to prepare students thoroughly for further study, careers, service and life in general.We are seeking to appoint an ICT Operations Manager to join our Information Communication Technology team.The successful delivery of ICT is of high priority at Chairo and the ICT Operations Manager will be expected to provide excellent customer service to both staff members and students while managing the day-to-day operations of the ICT Services team.Some key responsibilities will include:Managing the ICT Services team to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective support servicesManaging the ICT Services team ticket systemAssisting the Head of ICT with the delivery of professional development to staff membersActing as the senior escalation point for technical and process-related issuesCoordinating the procurement of assets, systems and servicesThe successful candidate will have the following:Demonstrated commitment to the school's Statement of FaithAbility to work as part of a teamExperience in an ICT support, engineering or system administration roleExcellent time management and interpersonal skillsAbility to relate to students and staff members in a caring, friendly and helpful mannerWillingness to work out of regular hours on an occasional basisThe safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all our students is a high priority.
