About the roleThis is a full-time, on-site role for an ICT Operations Manager at Chairo Christian School.
As an ICT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support and infrastructure services on a day-to-day basis and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT-related processes within the school.
About you5+ Years in a relevant ICT Support or Systems Role3+ Years in a Team Leadership RoleExperience in IT Service ManagementStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsWillingness to regularly travel to our five campuses acrossExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven leadership and team management skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, PMP) are a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable
