The Victorian Government established the Labour Hire Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria.
LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) (Act).
About the role Reporting to the Director Information, Communications and Technology (ICT), the ICT Operations Manager will lead the ICT Operations Team and work closely with senior ICT staff, operational stream leads and team members to oversee the ICT Branch's operational area.
This is a key role in the ICT Branch which will support the Director ICT in delivering the ICT strategy for LHA.
The ICT Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the ICT Support Team, Azure and M365/SharePoint streams, ensuring the availability and reliability of systems and networks, managing technology vendors, and implementing new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
This role is also responsible for ensuring that the LHA's ICT policies and procedures for these areas are up to date and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
