We are looking for an experienced ICT Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in supporting ICT initiatives and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
We have one permanent, full time (75hrs p/f) position available as ICT Operations Coordinator.
In this role, you'll provide leadership and support to the ICT Operations team by shaping work plans, coordinating initiatives and solving challenges.
What we're looking for someone with: Demonstrated ability to coordinate ICT initiatives, including work scoping, scheduling, project management and coordination of logistics.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate ICT operations service queues and plan work programs to meet business and service level objectives.
Sound written communication skills including the ability to prepare presentations, reports, technical documentation and other materials in a manner that is concise and tailored to the target audience.
Good verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships and capability of communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated capability to achieve deadlines, self-manage workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality.
Those with a tertiary qualification in information technology related disciplines and knowledge of IT service management frameworks are strongly encouraged to apply.
