About the position As an IT Officer at Ability WA, you will provide customer-focused support by assisting end-users with their queries and managing various aspects of the ICT environment. You will collaborate closely with your team to efficiently resolve basic issues and support larger projects within Ability WA.
As an ICT officer, you will:
Support day-to-day administration of ICT Service Desk, including on-site/off-site attendance.Assist with hardware and software tracking/record maintenance.Assist with Active Directory management including user maintenance, group maintenance, folder access security administration – Level 1.Provide customer-focused support to staff, including on-site/off-site attendance.Provision of direct support and assistance to all Ability WA users.Assist with the setup/decommission of desktops, laptops, and printers etc. under supervision/direction.Benefits Our employees are deeply connected with our vision and work passionately to support our customers to achieve their goals.

Relevant IT qualifications (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician MCDST and A+ Certificate or equivalent or Cert IV in Technology).Experience in providing customer support services.Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including liaison with persons at all levels.Good time management and organisational skills combined with a capacity to prioritise workload.Experience with hardware (computers), programs (software), and communication (voice and data) equipment.National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.At Ability WA, we care about finding the right people to join us hence encourage you to apply even if you don't meet 100% of our selection requirements.
