Management (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeMacKellar are an industry leader in the mining and civil earthmoving industries with over 50 years of experience and we take pride in our people, our safety culture and our equipment.We are looking for the next ICT Manager to lead our company through exciting growth in operations, as well as Technology.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company's ICT strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.Identify and assess emerging technologies to improve efficiency and innovation.Oversee the operation, maintenance, and security of all ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.Manage on-site and remote IT systems to support mining operations, including SCADA and ERP systems.Lead, mentor, and manage the ICT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Manage ICT projects, including upgrades, installations, and system rollouts, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.What you'll need to succeed:Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Previous experience in ICT roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.Proven experience managing ICT, with experience in the construction or mining industries highly regarded.Expertise in network management, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems (JDE highly regarded).If you're an experienced ICT Manager with an excellent work ethic, attitude and safety conscious approach, then we want to talk to you.We are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
