The RoleWe are looking for an Associate level ICT lawyer with 3-5 years' PQE and relevant experience in assisting government and private sector organisations with procuring and contracting for ICT products and services, to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be working primarily with a Partner and 2 Senior Associates on a high volume of information technology contracts for government sector clients and other buyers of significant ICT products and services. You will be working closely with clients on their ICT procurement, provide practical, commercially focused advice and be involved in drafting and negotiating ICT contracts. The types of ICT products and services that our clients procure include cloud services, software licensing and support, solution development and implementation services (hardware and software), managed services, and telecommunications services.
