As the ICT Infrastructure Support Officer , your responsibilities include the day-to-day management, administration and security of critical devices and supporting applications to enable the safe, secure and efficient operations of ICT services to the organisation. The role is part of the Enterprise Systems and Infrastructure Team, who also provide network administration and infrastructure management and support of the environment.
To be successful in this role, you need a degree, diploma or other approved tertiary qualification in Computer Systems or Information Technology, together with extensive experience in the ICT area, including skills in the following:
• Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD
• Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
• VMware vSphere Virtual Infrastructure
• Backup solutions
• SAN storage systems
• IP Network services technologies
• Microsoft Officer 365 suite (desirable but not essential)
• Wireless networking technologies (desirable but not essential)
Employment opportunity : Full time Ongoing
Salary : $92,682 - $105,233 p.a. plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate .
