Join us to be part of a company where your career is a journey and your success is our success, that's not just a promise but a reality.The ROLEThis is a 12 month Parental Leave contract.In this diverse role you will be responsible for:Setting up and managing access approvals to ensure proper authorisation for information access.Managing shared access for external and guest users.Organising and maintaining a clear structure in digital platforms for easy permission management and data cleanup.Creating and standardising templates for technical documents including reports, knowledge bases, and change management.Developing user guides to support digital literacy, including onboarding materials, reference guides, and FAQs.Supporting information protection through regular audits, training, and archiving practices.Conducting internal reviews to keep data clean, maintain access expiration dates, and follow the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP).About YOUTraining or certification in the application of information protection standards (NIST/ISO)Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively to non-technical audiencesKnowledge of network security technology, particularly FortiNetThorough understanding of industry standards and best practices for managing and protecting digital informationProficiency in administering information management systems, including Windows File Sharing, SharePoint Online, and Exchange OnlineExperience with permission management systems, such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft PurviewFamiliarity with knowledge management practicesWhat we offer YOUThere is nothing more important at Hazell Bros than having our workforce return home in a fit and healthy state at the end of every working day.
