With a strong focus on integrating technology and engineering expertise, they aim to create resilient and efficient solutions for both private and public sector clients.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for ICT-related projects and technical knowledge.Lead and manage complex technology projects with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions and successful outcomes.Oversee technical delivery, from initial design to detailed development of specifications and drawings.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to identify opportunities and drive project success.Conduct QA checks on design deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards.Actively contribute to business development and client relationship management.Share technical knowledge and contribute to team learning and development.Forecast resource needs, set budgets, and manage project costs effectively.Guide and develop junior staff, offering training, motivation, and direction.ProfileMinimum Requirements:5+ years of experience in a similar ICT consulting role.Expertise in IT cabling, networks (LAN, WAN), audio-visual, security systems, and IoT/Smart buildings.Experience designing and implementing infrastructure that supports critical data environments.Proven leadership in delivering complex technology projects from design to completion.Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Highly organised with skills in project planning, resource management, and budgeting.Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Job OfferThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for a leading global engineering firm, shaping innovative projects across diverse sectors.
