Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) Full time You will complete a Certificate IV Telecommunications Engineering Technology qualification over 24 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer.
