Essential Criteria: Well-developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and foster good working and client relationships; and the ability to work as part of team with minimal supervision.Experience in user account management within a Microsoft 365 environment and in a range of business systems.Well-developed organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise work in a demanding environmentAt least 1 years' experience in an ICT support and service position.Ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation and provide support to all skill levelsProvision of a high-quality level of customer service while managing conflicting prioritiesCustomer experience focus with a value creation mindset.Benefits: Resthaven offers a supportive and richly diverse and inclusive community where everyone's uniqueness is valued.
