ICT Rollout Engineers Wanted | Temporary Assignment | Full-Time Work Hours | Immediate Start Your new company Hays Recruitment is collaborating with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Land Council to find experienced ICT Rollout Engineers who can contribute to rolling out their ongoing projects. If you're an experienced ICT core services support officer seeking new opportunities, this could be an exciting role for you. Your new role The Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Unit is integral to supporting the council's strategic objectives and the efficiency and continuity of business operations through the provision of ICT services, systems and infrastructure. As a successful candidate, you will support the success of the ICT unit through maintaining the security, integrity and operational effectiveness of ICT services, systems and infrastructure. Your duties will include but won't be limited to: Provide ICT technical end user support in areas including systems access, event management, troubleshooting, training and maintenance of applications. Develop and deliver end user training, including training materials, policies and procedures. Conduct application/system development and software engineering and testing. Assist with the computing and communication service operations of remote offices by streamlining remote support and enabling. Administration of ICT Systems, including maintenance of user accounts and security groups in Active Directory. You will be expected to assist with MFA Rollout DocuSign Rollout MS Intunes Rollout Documentation requirements Disposal of IT Assets Project and Occasional IT support on standby What you'll need to succeed Qualifications in the area of Computer Science or Information Technology are essential. Technical skills and experience including: Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Office O365, Active Directory, WINS, DNS, DHCP knowledge Network support, TCP / IP LAN administration, troubleshooting and problem resolution Knowledgeable within any of the following: SCCM, CCM, Citrix, VPN, and ITIL High level of personal organisational skills, including time management, self-motivation, and planning Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate with a wide range of people at all levels Level 1 and 2 Helpdesk experience. Completion of CCNA and MCSE qualification and Citrix server and application experience will be a plus.
