Ict Configuration Manager

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for ICT Configuration Manager in Canberra . We are looking for the following Skills/Experience: Experience in implementation and support of a Configuration Management Database. Ability to develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for the CMDB that are in line with organisational objectives and ITIL best practices. Significant experience managing functions and delivering results within a recognised Service Management platform, preferably ServiceNow. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
