About the role
TAFE SA is looking for an ICT Business Readiness Lead to play a key role in driving transformational change within its ICT Services Division.
This role involves leading the strategic planning, delivery, and evaluation of change management programs to support the organization's digital technology initiatives.
Working collaboratively with business units, the ICT Business Readiness Lead will champion people-focused change processes, develop tailored communication and training strategies, and ensure the seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of ICT change management programs to support digital transformation.Develop and implement tailored engagement, communication, and training strategies to facilitate system adoption.Maintain and apply the ICT people change methodology, providing expert advice and guidance.Conduct change readiness assessments and provide evidence-based evaluations of stakeholder and user preparedness.Analyse and document business processes, delivering solutions that align with transformation objectives.Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support integrated solutions and promote change adoption.The Successful Candidate Must Have: Relevant change management qualifications or equivalent professional experience.Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.Proven ability to lead complex change management projects within tight deadlines.Expertise in organizational change management theories and practices related to ICT.Experience in designing and delivering training, communication strategies, and engagement plans.Proficiency in ICT project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban, and Prince2.Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal Culture and Community.Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at the Department of Human Services (DHS).
Some out of hours work may be required.Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.Eligibility to work in Australia.Application Instructions
