Ict Business Analyst

Rangedale Group is a specialist provider of drainage maintenance & repair services in sewer and stormwater based in Altona North.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for a talented ICT Business Analyst.Key Responsibilities:Follow up enquiries from Councils and Water authorities to gather business requirements.Conduct detailed analysis and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize operational efficiency.Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment.Work closely with development teams, providing guidance and clarifications on the Win Can software development lifecycle.Be responsible for system testing, including functional testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.Maintain pre-and post-data support, including operator training and issue resolution, to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Win Can system.Skills & Experience:Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, user story development, gap analysis, stakeholder management.Technical Proficiency: SQL, BPMN, JIRA, Confluence, ERP systems.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, presentation skills, documentation.Exceptional in MS Office Suite.Experience using Dropbox.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded; however, this is not essential.
