As an intelligent and easy-to-use civil construction cost management software platform, we help civil construction contractors reduce their financial risk by connecting site personnel with office and providing senior management with real-time project cost information connecting different sources of cost information.
ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity awaits for a proactive ICT Business Analyst who will be responsible for seeking out and delivering business improvements that involve technology.
This role demands a high degree of professionalism, technical proficiency, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to clients.
DUTIES

Engage with customers to gather detailed technical requirements and analyse their business needs, system requirements, as well as work processes to ensure alignment between solutions and customer objectives.
Use business process modeling, analysis and design tools to identify and develop the business processes, assessing the impact of these processes on overall solution, systems and operations.
Identify and evaluate any inefficient business practices and system errors, and provide efficient optimal business practice, solutions, and system functionality.
Work with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of new systems or enhancements into existing technology infrastructure.
Establish and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
Develop functional specifications and use documents for system developers, ensuring clear guidance for software design and development.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

3 - 5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst within a technical environment
Strong understanding of business capability modelling and its application in organisational strategy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation and improving business efficiency
Relevant professional certificates or licenses are highly desirable
