Salary: $103,939.00 - $120,314.00 p.a, 11.5% Superannuation
Working within the ICT Business Solutions team and reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, the ICT Business Analyst is responsible for requirements gathering, analysing business processes, identifying alternative solutions, assessing solution feasibility, and recommending new approaches across the organisation. This role requires excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills to support system design, software delivery, and change within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Experience in delivering ERP and CRM applications including migration and integration in complex environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes/results Ability to work collaboratively and liaise with staff across a range of functional areas, including proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills Experience with application development from inception to go-live and production support within the SDLC Preparation of system specifications and documentation Anticipating business needs and implementing innovative solutions to transform business processes Experience in Technology One, Microsoft products including Dynamics 365, SharePoint online, SaaS based products Driving organisational and cultural change and knowledge of change management principles in a technical environment Knowledge of relevant best practice frameworks including project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile) Understanding of the role and use of IT in Local Government and relevant technology trends Understanding of the ITIL framework or ability to rapidly acquire a sound understanding of it. Salary: The salary for this position ranges from $103,939.00 - $120,314.00 p.a, 11.5% Superannuation, and will be negotiated commensurate with the skills, qualifications, and experience of the preferred applicant.
