By delivering cutting-edge digital solutions, Sognos enablesbusinesses to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation,ultimately achieving a competitive edge in their respective markets.·Work withbusiness stakeholders to determine and document project high level businessrequirements (BRS) and obtain sign-off·Work withbusiness stakeholders and SME's to elaborate requirements and obtain sign-off·Setacceptance criteria for delivery cards·Performand own the data mapping activities·Supportbusiness process design and system analysis·SupportTech Lead as required on various activities and data modeling·Transferbusiness knowledge to delivery and support teams·SupportDelivery Owner in prioritization·SupportDevelopers / Testers / Analysts in delivery and support business stakeholdersin UAT·Identifyproject risks and implement mitigation strategies.·Workingwith Azure DevOps for Project administration·Proficiencyin Project management tools such as MS Project.·Ability towork independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.·Continuouslypromote and stimulate agile development and drive continuous improvement ofquality regarding the IT application landscapeKeyAccountabilities:·Supportprocess of Business context and Requirements gathering·Undertaketechnical analysis; define and document business logic; mapping and governanceand success criteria·Attend andcontribute and chair (if required) agile ceremonies – IterationPlanning/Stand-up meetings/Retrospectives/Showcases·Facilitateelaborations sessions; attend and facilitate other workshops as necessary·Supportdevelopment and testing team in understanding of requirements·Contributeto Knowledge Transfer as required during and after delivery of project·Performother duties as necessary during delivery of project and as assigned byProject/Iteration manager·Workcollaboratively maintaining ongoing dialogue and relationships withStakeholders as part of continued solution development and support.·Implementthe entire project scope and range from problem detection to overseeing andproviding support for the implementationInternalRelationships·Developand maintain positive working relationships with business customers.·Participateor chair internal daily stand-ups.·Workcollaboratively with solution design peers and other technical peers.·Workcollaboratively with other internal areas (other parts of IT) as required.ExternalRelationships·Work withexternal partners/vendors as required.·Conductsprint showcase with business stakeholders and project sponsors.Must Habe:·Bachelorsin IT·Minimum 5years' experience in a business/ system analyst role·Minimum 1year of Australian experience in similar role·Certificationin database – oracle or similar·Certificationin software testing – ISTQB or similar·StrongSQL, Data Analysis and Data Profiling skills·Familiaritywith Data Modelling and Data Warehouse concepts·Workingexperience of D365 Field Service / Customer Service·Experiencewith the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Flows)·Knowledgeof Scrum and/or Agile methodologiesBetween 100,000-120,000 per annum plusSuperannuationICT Business AnalystWe are Mansys Pty Ltd, recruitmentconsultants.
