Demonstrable skills in exceptional technical troubleshooting and problem solvingPrevious experience in an IT support role and Audio Visual would be advantageousStrong analytical ability that can get to the bottom of issues quickly and solve technical problems thoroughlyExcellent attention to detailTakes ownership of your work and follows problems through to resolutionAbility to work without direct supervisionTertiary qualification (Degree or Certificate) in a relevant disciplineWorking at Sacré Cœur affords staff the opportunity to experience a relational community where staff are valued and supported.
