About us No to Violence is Australia's peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Men's Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men's use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

About the role The ICT Support Officer is an important member of the ICT Team providing timely and friendly one-on-one first level help desk support to staff, assisting them to use technology more effectively, troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues. This role will also be involved in creating and maintaining work instructions, ordering of new equipment, maintaining asset register and provide administration support to the ICT Team and providing entry level training on ICT systems to staff.
About you • Outstanding customer service approach, your strong desire to support others with technical issues and drive to understand the "why" and "how"
• Relevant business administration / information technology training and/or relevant experience in a like role in a similar organisation
• ICT troubleshooting skills, ability to investigate issues and requirements and identify and prioritise appropriate solutions, and willingness to share knowledge with and support fellow staff members
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage with and provide support to people with different learning styles and needs
• Proactive team member who thrives on contributing to a positive team culture to deliver outstanding work
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders with the confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to professionally and confidently interact with external stakeholders, including members, industry stakeholders and suppliers
