In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our ICT and AV systems, empowering both staff and students to harness technology for enriched and engaging learning experiences.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience in the areas of: Strong technical skills in ICT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting;Manage video and live streaming functionality for College events when required;Mix live audio via a sound desk during specified events;Maintain and manage the AV equipment, including audio, speaker, and projection equipment in halls, theatres, classrooms, and specialist areas;Understanding of how to manage audio-visual equipment and systems, such as projectors and sound systems;Implementing procedures, developing documentation, and producing instructional materials for ICT equipment and audio-visual systems;Providing training and support to staff and students on the use of educational technologies;Collaborating with staff to integrate technology into teaching and learning effectively;Handle live streaming, video editing, audio mixing, and maintain AV assets across the campus;Maintaining and updating ICT infrastructure and audio-visual resources;Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The successful applicant will: Have 1 or more years' experience working in an ICT and/or AV Support role;Hold an ITIL Foundation certification (desirable);Possess a CERT III in Live Production and Services (desirable);Have experience working in a live event operational environment (desirable);Demonstrate a clear understanding and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School;Adhere to the Colleges Safeguarding Standards and Child Protection policies and procedures;Approach the role with professionalism, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset;Be supportive of the Lasallian ethos of the College;Be committed to professional growth and development of excellence;Be an experienced, innovative, and engaging team member;Foster a supportive and collaborative environment for both staff and students.Please refer to the position description for further information.
