Duties: Lead and manage the pre-construction phases, including design management, stakeholder coordination, and securing planning approvals. Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams such as architects, engineers, town planners, and other specialists. Implement design management and value management processes to ensure optimal project outcomes without compromising quality or commercial viability. Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and risk management activities, ensuring smooth transition to construction phases. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to achieve project goals. The skills and experience required for this role: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Project Management or adjacent fields with expertise in pre-construction activities. Professional background in architecture, town planning, or quantity surveying, with deep knowledge of the development approval process. Proven ability to manage projects valued at $10-15 million independently. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and a working knowledge of contract administration.
