Be part of the IB Client Onboarding team built out in UBS Shanghai SDL – supporting the APAC Investment Banking business. Join a dynamic yet challenging environment to ensure the completeness of documentation from counterparties to satisfy various regulatory requirements before establishing the trading relationship with the client. Handle onboarding requests and ensure that the completion of cases meets the criteria for regulatory adherence as well as business needs. Function Category: Operations
Your team: You will be joined by a function of approximately 30 people based in Shanghai SDL, working closely with multiple stakeholders located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, ASEAN countries, and the cross-border APAC region.
Your expertise: You have:
Proven experience in client service (ideally in banking or compliance). Highly proactive and diligent in follow-up and follow-through. Client-focused, organized at bundling requests, and sensible on turnaround time. A broad understanding of KYC/AML and a general sense of risk awareness.
