We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and results-driven Affiliate & Partners Executive to join Iceland's growing Ecommerce Team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating, developing, implementing and managing Affiliate & Partner marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of all stages of the digital marketing cycle. The candidate should be enthusiastic, self-motivated and be able to use their initiative to work independently. The successful applicant will be confident in building new relationships, both internally and externally but also with maintaining existing ones. Performance marketing is considered a vital part of Iceland's future success and the role will play an important part in achieving our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities Contribute towards and execute the integrated digital marketing strategy in line with the marketing and business strategy across the Affiliate programme. Co-ordinate, monitor and manage marketing activities by collaborating with relevant teams to create and maintain campaign assets and promos. Source and identify key promotions and liaise with the relevant merchandising and trading teams as required. Prepare collateral and liaise with partners to support marketing campaigns and organize their timely and accurate distribution. Ensure consistent digital media executions across all customer-facing communications and campaigns. Identify, engage, co-ordinate, nurture and manage affiliate relationships. Maintain partnerships with affiliated businesses and agencies. Develop online referrals and brand awareness. Measure and produce reports on Affiliate & Partner marketing performance using relevant KPIs and ensure campaigns are in line with budget. Acquire insight into online marketing trends and competitor campaign activity. Skills & Experience A minimum of 2 years' Affiliate marketing experience and ideally some wider performance marketing experience. Excellent organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills as well as strong attention to detail are mandatory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Skills and experience in briefing compelling creative content. Experience with building and executing integrated campaigns. Strong mathematical and analytical skills with experience in analysing complex data. Working knowledge of online research & analytics tools. Good team player with a sense of ownership and responsibility and an understanding of their impact on achieving success.
