We are looking for a Customer Focused, driven Advisor to work within our Customer Care team within Executive Resolution.
The overall purpose of the role is to respond and resolve all customer communications that are made to the board of Executives.
Key Responsibilities: Respond and resolve all customer contacts sent to the Executive Board Directors, as well as case managing damage and injury complaints from beginning to end.
Key Skills: Highly organized, problem solver, strong written and verbal skills.
Confident in liaising with different departments to get necessary information to put a resolution in place.
Able to provide excellent customer care skills in terms of empathy, enthusiasm, and confidence.
Excellent telephone manner.
Detail focused.
Understands the responsibility of communicating on behalf of directors with a tenacious attitude to resolving complaints from beginning to end.
Always customer focused.
Experience: Strong typing skills, customer care experience, experience with Microsoft apps.
