Job Description: Your role will be to set the product vision roadmap and prioritise the work of your squads. You'll work with a collaborative and hands-on senior leadership team whom all have a 'customer first' ethos and a real vision for the future growth of the business. Having solid technical experience is essential. As well as owning the Online Shopping platform, you'll also be a significant part of shaping the environment, ways of working and technology across the rest of the product teams. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Partner Relationships: Evaluation of potential partner relationships; helping to identify necessary and desirable third-party technology to evaluate and select vendors RoadMap and Planning: You'll support the strategy and develop specific roadmaps and backlogs for the Online Shopping platform, building a complete end to end customer experience. You'll maintain a realistic 90-day roadmap, as well as a prioritised, estimated FY backlog and regularly communicate progress, proactively managing risks/issues to remove blockers. Incident Stakeholder Communication: You'll support the communication and resolution of live product incidents and effectively prioritise, coordinate, and communicate the resolution of production issues. Initiative Delivery: Accountable for delivery of initiatives for the Online Shopping Platforms, ensuring change is prioritised according to the agreed goals. Business Case and ROI: You will own the business case and return on investment reporting for initiatives. Compliance and Standards: Maintain compliance with established and emerging standards, including regulatory requirements, through collaboration with our security and operations team(s). Documentation: Maintain updated documentation on current state architecture and roadmaps.
