You will work very closely with a dynamic team of Tenancy Assistants and Tenancy Officers.
We pride ourselves in our collaborative work which focuses on the provision of person-centred tenancy management.

The Tenancy Officer role is to provide a person-centred tenancy management service for a portfolio of Housing Choices WA properties.
Based in Mandurah and Peel region, we offer a high-quality customer service and ensure compliance, and protection of the property asset, whilst operating within a supportive landlord model.

What you'll bring:
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of property management practices and principles, including the Residential Tenancies Act, inspection processes, and property maintenance requirements.
Strengths in customer service, particularly strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to find solutions to complex problems and work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Well-developed organisational skills to manage workload and competing priorities.
Previous experience working in a team environment and willingness to provide assistance and support to other team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
A current Western Australian driver's licence.
