In this position, you will play a vital role in the delivery of the programme and assist with day-to-day operations.
This is a permanent full-time role that is only required during term-time so you can enjoy the school holidays!
The position will commence in Term 1, 2025.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and manage the administrative duties tied to the IB programme Manage reporting to students and parent and maintain up to date student records Liaise with key contacts to ensure tasks and deadlines are met Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships The Person: To be successful in this position, you will have: Experience in a similar administrative role Understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme Demonstrated experience with the use of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management and organisational skills Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management experience A valid Employee Working With Children Check or a Valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration is a requirement of employment in this position.
