Purpose of the role The IAR Analyst supports the Operations Centre Team in delivering efficient, secure, and reliable services, focusing on quality, process improvement, and ITAM project initiatives.
The role Application Portfolio Management (APM) Administration: Maintain and update application records, categories, and business processes in ServiceNow.
Collaborate on process improvements.
APM Analysis: Analyze the application portfolio from both business and technical perspectives, contributing to strategic planning and transformation.
Technology Steward: Manage technology categories, ensuring a complete software catalogue and contributing to corporate technology standards.
Customer Service: Deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment and support the development of the technology team through training and knowledge sharing.
Project Delivery: Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and work, while collaborating with internal teams and service providers.
What experience you'll bring Essential: Experience in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail.
IT Asset Management, Discovery Tools, and CSDM implementation experience.
Proven track record in audit defense remediation and negotiation.
Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to develop and improve operating policies and procedures.
Focused on delivering value and increasing ROI.
Preferred: ServiceNow ITAM and CSDM certification.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
