· Strong experience in identity and access management administration, monitoring, configuration, and maintaining information security solutions including Web Access Management.· Experience in Single Sign-on mainly CA Siteminder including Federation (SAML) configuration implementation, CA IDM, CA Directory.· Good knowledge of Proxy servers.· Well versed with ITIL process.· Production and operational support activities, attending day-to-day user requests, application alert monitoring, health checks, and incident management.· Good knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.
