About the role The Identity Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and communicating requirements to support the implementation of identity projects within our client's Operational Technology Environment (OTE).
Responsibilities Gathering, documenting, and obtaining approval for requirements related to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects.Creating user stories, process maps, and project analysis documents.Assisting in the build phase of identity projects by conducting data analysis, engaging with stakeholders, and developing operational transition materials.Skills and experience Vast experience as a business analyst in the technology sector or related industries.Experience in the Identity domain with proven expertise in working with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.Experience using frameworks like BPMN 2.0 for process mapping.Experience in developing requirements in alignment with security standards such as NIST, Essential 8, and ASD ISM.Diversity and inclusion are strongly supported at Peoplebank.
