Create impact as an Iteration Specialist/ Team Lead, People Platforms Your Role
As an Iteration Specialist, you will act both as an IM and team lead for the People Platforms team. You will support an agile development team to deliver key business and technology strategies. You will deliver value to stakeholders and be responsible for fostering agile processes within the team. This role collaborates with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business outcomes through technology-delivered change.
Key Responsibilities: Organize and lead iteration planning meetings. Support the team to achieve continuous delivery. Track iteration progress and maintain visibility of work-in-progress. Identify and communicate technical risks. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the Delivery Manager in budget tracking. Support team performance, set clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback, and promote a culture of accountability and ownership. This is a permanent role open to candidates anywhere in Australia.
About You The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years practical hands-on experience as an Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master). Strong understanding and experience of working in agile. A problem solver, who removes obstacles that inhibit the team's ability to deliver. Motivated to relentlessly improve the People Platforms Team performance through data insights and continually inspecting and adapting. Empowered to make key decisions, supported by data. Able to make difficult decisions, with a clear understanding of how to deliver the sprint. Analytical, using data to understand how the technology product is performing and where improvement is required. Applications close on Friday, 3 January at 11:59pm AEST.
