This role will be a crucial role in the renovation and integration of our P&C Systems.
Partnering with business stakeholders, this transformation project will involve working with HCM / HRIS, Payroll, WFM and other people systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in Sydney with hybrid working.Key Responsibilities include :Innovate and Integrate: Lead the transformation of business processes across the P&C teams ensuring that processes integrate well with the new system solutions.Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to optimise business processes, enhancing efficiency and the overall people experience.Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with People & Culture SMEs, IT Solution Architects, Project Managers and solution Support Partners to understand and meet business needs.
Consult with the business to deliver fit-for-purpose and leading processes.Shape the Future: Document as-is and to-be processes, use cases, and requirements for transformative projects involving HCM / HRIS, WFM, and other people systems.Be a Change Maker: Support the development and implementation of system change methodologies, focusing on user-centered design and end-to-end project management.About You :Significant People & Culture / HR related business analysis and business process experience.Previous business analysis experience in HCM, WFM & Payroll implementation projects.Pragmatic approach to requirements gathering / elicitation and process mapping / re-engineering.Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and / or UKG Pro Workforce Management is ideal.Experience configuring solutions to meet the needs of multiple awards and enterprise agreements.Experience in developing and executing test cases.Experience in supporting system change methodologies and end-to-end project management.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, to produce agile solutions.About I-MED: Work that mattersI-MED is a global leader and ANZ's largest, privately owned radiology network.
