About the role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Professional to kick start or re-invigorate their career in media.
As a Sales Executive you're a natural hunter who uncovers new business as well as protects and services existing clients. Reporting to the Sales Manager, working in a dynamic team of sales professionals, the primary focus of the Sales Executive is to maximise revenue through selling of advertising airtime in the Wollongong/Illawarra market. You will have the ability to build and own a prosperous patch selling a market leading product. About you:
To be the successful candidate, you will have:
Previous experience as Sales representative or Account manager.Previous experience in media industry is preferred but not essential.Experience in building strong relationships with a diverse customer base.Accuracy and excellent attention to detail.Proven record of exceeding sales targets.Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to operate in a team environment, contributing positively to the operations and working relationships.Ability to contribute ideas and demonstrate initiative and flexibility.Demonstrated positive work ethic and the ability and willingness to learn new systems.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Hold unrestricted drivers' licence and suitable vehicle for the role.The core to our success and the experience that our clients receive is our number one priority.
