The Role: We are looking for a premium business leader to join our retail store leadership team at one of our premium locations, Hype DC Mid City!
Bonus earning potential of up to $12,000 per annum!As the Store Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments (experiences) for our customers, and achieving operational excellence.
Being a business leader at Hype DC, you will work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager, and in-store team to deliver a people-first culture within your store, maximize sales growth in the business you run, and accelerate your personal career growth in a leadership role.
