Job DescriptionThe main purpose of this role is to enhance workshop output, assist in meeting production demands/deadlines and conduct maintenance activities for workshop and plant equipment as needed.
Position tasks include but are not limited to: Assembly of Pumps, Motors, & Valves to fulfill production targets.Following detailed assembly instructions as per build manuals.Reporting any production issues impacting delivery schedules.Maintaining high-quality outputs to avoid warranty returns.Participating in equipment maintenance and breakdown repairs.Managing the availability and calibration of equipment.Engaging in the resolution process for customer or internal quality concerns.QualificationsA commitment to uphold Health, Safety & Environment standards.Mechanical Trade Certification.Experience in hydraulic or mechanical component repair.Ability to work independently, with a high level of dedication and reliability.Experience with Microsoft Office suite.Additional InformationWhat we offer: Permanent position with paid overtime.Employee Assistance ProgramSocial Club, events and team buildingStaff discounts on Bosch and affiliated-brand productsStrong company culture and valuesAccess to opportunities within a globally recognised OEM companyAgency applications will not be accepted.
