Due to continued growth, we're seeking a qualified Hydraulic Fitter to join their workshop team in Perth. In this role, you will produce high quality repairs and service work ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity, whilst maintaining workshop health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.
The Role Dismantle hydraulic components, inspect, repair, and assemble Rebuilding and testing of hydraulic components in line with policy and standards Ability to fault find and troubleshoot Be a team player with a positive can-do attitude Strong focus and commitment to safety with the ability to follow policies and procedures What We're Looking For A trade certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Fitting) OR Plant Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, or a LV Mechanic with Certificate 4 in Fluid Power Significant experience in hydraulics Tertiary training in Fluid Power (Desirable but not essential) Current 'C' Class driver's license The ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team The ability to record and document daily processes accurately Previous site experience pertaining to hydraulics & lubrication on fixed plant Ability to pass medical including drug and alcohol testing Benefits Full-time permanent position Attractive hourly rate (From $41 to $50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications) As much or as little overtime available at penalty rates Further training and development including opportunity for Certificate IV in Fluid Power A great team culture Professional and safe work environment Long term career opportunities If you're looking for a new opportunity with lots of potential, this is the job for you!
