In this role, you will produce high quality repairs and service work ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity, whilst maintaining workshop health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.The RoleDismantle hydraulic components, inspect, repair, and assembleRebuilding and testing of hydraulic components in line with policy and standardsAbility to fault find and troubleshootBe a team player with a positive can-do attitudeStrong focus and commitment to safety with the ability to follow policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForA trade certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Fitting) OR Plant Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, or a LV Mechanic with Certificate 4 in Fluid PowerSignificant experience in hydraulicsTertiary training in Fluid Power (Desirable but not essential)Current 'C' Class driver's licenseThe ability to work unsupervised or as part of a teamThe ability to record and document daily processes accuratelyPrevious site experience pertaining to hydraulics & lubrication on fixed plantAbility to pass medical including drug and alcohol testingBenefitsFull-time permanent positionAttractive hourly rate (From $41 to $50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications)As much or as little overtime available at penalty ratesFurther training and development including opportunity for Certificate IV in Fluid PowerA great team cultureProfessional and safe work environmentLong term career opportunitiesIf you're looking for a new opportunity with lots of potential, this is the job for you!
