As a Hydraulic BIM Technician, you will support the success of ACOR, both locally and on a national level across our Building Services discipline.
The ideal candidate will possess building services industry exposure as a hydraulic design drafter/modeller and a desire to develop their design skills in this exciting role.
Duties & Responsibilities Produce hydraulic services designs drawings and models to current Australian standards and authority codes.Ensure that accurate drawings and models are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience working within the building services industry as a hydraulic design drafter.Solid knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software.Knowledge of BIM processes and other software is advantageous.Attention to detail when modelling and producing drawings for accuracy and presentation.Excellent knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and building regulations.Ability to work unsupervised and complete drawings and models from a design brief.Ability to conduct client meetings and on-site measures if requested.Excellent commercial construction knowledge is imperative.Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.You will be great with people and experienced in all facets of the design process throughout.
