Ultimately, you are the first point of contact in assisting people achieve their financial goals!
This is NOT a cold calling role; you will be dialing predominantly hot, warm, inbound inquiries with a focus on understanding more about the client and their goals.
The role also involves:
Meeting with clients and providing a strategic investment plan.Assessing leads' financial suitability for a face-to-face consultation, including serviceability and current financial obligations.Selling off-the-plan land and build packages.Working with clients, builders, and brokers.Participating in all training sessions and absorbing all supporting material to aid role development.Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets.Keeping detailed notes in the CRM for every attempted contact with a prospect.Ensuring accurate statistics are recorded and maintained in the CRM.Preparing in advance for all daily huddles and check-ins with the team.Contributing to the weekly team afterburner process by reflecting on personal and team performance in advance.Consistent and effective communication of information flow up the chain.About you: Highly motivated to go above and beyond.Formal sales training and experience with a proven track record.Can work in a group dynamic and incorporate well with a team.Real estate industry and property market knowledge.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.Ability to demonstrate compassion while positioning yourself as the alpha throughout sales interactions.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organization and time management skills.Strong work ethic with a focus on providing value.Demonstrates empathy, humility, and integrity at all times.Benefits at Maple: Developing skills, knowledge, and experience through ongoing training.Extremely friendly and motivated team culture and work environment - making work productive and enjoyable.Flexible work hours around your schedule.The ideal applicant for this role will likely already have been in the industry for at least 2-3 years, and understand the importance of being well-presented, organized, and self-driven.
