This position earns a competitive pay of $75 - $95 hourly or a salary of $70,000 - $95,000 per year. We also offer great benefits and perks, including health, dental, vision, continuing education unit (CEU) opportunities, and paid time off (PTO) as well as extensive support and training.
In addition, we offer bonus opportunities, including a $1,500 sign-on bonus. You get $500.00 after 3 months, and another $1,000 after 6 months.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST As a BCBA, you make it possible for us to assist more clients during their hard times. With an individualized approach, you create treatment plans for your clients that help them to improve or extinguish undesired behaviors. You work closely with parents, supporting and training them for the benefit of their children.
To ensure that the treatment plans you create are carried out correctly, you supervise the therapists and serve as a resource for them. You are proud of the work you do and feel accomplished helping your clients improve their lives! QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in a related field such as ABA, special education, or psychologyPossess BCBA certificationExperience providing direct care to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD)LBA in MDDo you have excellent communication skills? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A BOARD-CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST This full-time special education position typically works a flexible schedule that is based on the analyst's availability in conjunction with the clients' availability.
