We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns and to drive our business development efforts, foster strong relationships with partners, and execute B2B marketing strategies that fuel company growth.
Senior Marketing Manager-ANZ
Integral role responsible for managing all B2C marketing campaigns (briefing, implementing, optimizing and reviewing) to support delivery of revenue targets while increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Responsible for delivery of all B2C campaigns for the Australia/New Zealand markets across all channels including broadcast, print, digital and partnerships to drive revenue and build brand awareness.
Work with Head of Marketing to deliver distribution strategy across B2B/B2C.
Utilizing audience data, profiles and insights from the brand tracker/research, execute the detailed planning of integrated marketing campaigns for ANZ in collaboration with the Head of Marketing applying the principles of media planning, marketing and promotional strategy.
Coordinate, track and evaluate campaigns across all channels, making edits based on current performance and campaign specific goals, delivering final performance reviews. Utilizing Media tool and Power BI where relevant.
Deliver campaign plans and reporting for weekly trading meetings, and post campaign reviews.
Identify opportunities for the markets to test and learn across all paid channels.
Manage any media or third-party partnerships for the ANZ markets.
Manage the budgets for all paid media effectively for ANZ including broadcast, print, digital (including PPC and Retargeting).
Work with the global ecommerce teams to deliver the right customer journey for the B2C campaigns.
Work closely with the Marketing Specialists for the market to deliver B2C campaigns to ensure delivery of all assets - TV, radio, digital and social utilizing global creative to driving efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, marketing ethics, and industry standards in all marketing activities and communications.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness in the local markets.
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
BS in business/marketing, or other relevant fields, MBA.
10 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within the travel industry.
Strong experience of media planning and buying.
Demonstrated success in channel management.
Experience from and understanding of dynamics of working in a global organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams across different regions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness (ROI) of marketing campaigns, make data driven decisions and to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to travel as required.
Additional Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of working with marketing agencies, printers, artworkers.
Knowledge of broadcast and digital media landscape.
Ability to identify and edit nuances of British and Australian writing would be an advantage.
Demonstrated experience with MS Office, Google Analytics, Power BI, Salesforce/Marketing Cloud.
